Infrastructure

Setup in 2002, it remains the oldest plant in our arsenal. Covering an area of about 4000 sq. Mt, it houses our small and medium press lines along with our weld shop. It single handedily is responsible for an annual sale of around 300 million INR.

Setup in 2016, it is an ultra-modern plant with all aesthetic and technical capabilities located in one of the leading industrial areas of NCR, IMT Faridabad. Spanning over an area of 5000 sq. Mt ,  it houses our TOOLROOM facility along with our large Press Line( 600T-500T-500T-400T).

It is equipped with 3 large VMCs, wirecut, CMM, Spotting Press, Trial Press , Multiple cranes and carrying systems. Its annual turnover is above 200 million INR.

Planned to be setup in 2017 end in close proximity to auto giants like MSIL and Honda and covering an area of more than 10000 sq. Mt, it will serve to Maruti Suzuki and its joint ventures once their production starts in full swing. Currently we are sending supplies to them directly from NCR.

Apart from in-house designing, NDT boasts of an stand out design office handling all our design needs without the disturbance from plant activities. We have 3 UG seats along with all all designing and simulation softwares.

We have a dedicated automated weld shop for parts requiring nut welding or any other welding pre requisites. We handle numerous parts with welding assembly requirements.

We have a press line of highly accurate pneumatic presses with high tonnage to work upon big tool sizes and bigger components. One line is running efficiently (4+1 spare presses) and another line is planned in coming year.
